Returns & Exchange Policy

How does our return policy work?

We accept returns for 14 days starting from the order arrival date. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

— Item(s) have to be initiated for return and shipped back within 14 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
— Item(s) were not marked “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
— Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes attached product boxes, manual, free gifts and filters(if any).

Please attach a photograph of the product in order to allow us to evaluate its condition, prior to returning the item.

*Please note: If you choose to return an item from a bundle, the original bundle pricing will no longer apply to your order.

Defective Product

We take great pride in the quality of our products; however, on rare occasions, an item may be damaged during transit or arrive in a defective condition. Should this occur, please contact us at uchi.malaysia@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the defective product(s). Upon verification, we will arrange for a complimentary replacement shipment. Please note that claims for defective products must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.


Our Guarantee

Some of our products are covered by a no-risk guarantee, which promises the product works as advertised. If the product does not work as intended, you will be given a choice of free exchange product(s) or refund to your original payment method.

If you receive a faulty item or parts with manufacturing defects, reach out to us and we will send a replacement.

 

Cancellation Terms

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Once an order is entered into our system, it cannot be modified, and we are generally unable to halt the warehouse's shipping process once it has commenced. Therefore, timely communication is crucial. If we are able to intercept and stop the dispatch of your order, we will proceed with cancellation and issue a full refund. Should we be unable to do so, rest assured that you may return the order using the outlined return process.
